Sessions include 4-(1) hour prenatal sessions, labor support, a free at-home visit following birth, and 4-(1) hour virtual postpartum sessions or 4-(2) hour in-person sessions. This bundled service also includes continuous support via phone/text as needed, handouts and support materials per session, and a pregnancy & postpartum resources list.
